When I feel unhappy, I go for a nice long walk. It doesn’t matter if it’s early morning mid day late night or middle of the night. I just put in my headphones and walk walk walk and try to appreciate all that’s around me. The good and bad. The good reminds me it’s not all bad and the bad reminds me it could be worse, then I’m feeling better and ready to go back and face what ever it is that was bothering me. ~ Regina Mccoy
Meditation anywhere can achieve that but being in touch with the elements is often the fastest way to achieve this and can include appreciating bird song while sat by and open window. Being in nature doesn’t always work though. Sometimes people need to work on their thought processes & stop negative automatic thinking patterns and work on self-esteem issues. ~ Elizabeth Nesterenko
