I am over extending myself to someone who not only doesn’t appreciate my effort. She takes me for granted. I’ve been a pushover because I loved her and wanted her to be happy. Sometimes it takes someone not to believe in you in order for you to believe in yourself. So maybe by exiting her life, she will realize what she lost and it will spark her to help herself. There is only so much we can do. It must come from them first. Don’t waste your time on someone who doesn’t appreciate you and care about helping themselves. ~ Max Seigel
Thank you for your wisdom. I have been searching for the second half of wisdom I did not get to explore. I have only experienced the opposite of your wisdom so far but I understand what you mean. Wisdom is such a funny word don’t you think so too? It has a meaning but it’s like there is no meaning for it, it’s just there.
